Kaka: Let’s beat Boca Thursday 6 December, 2007

Milan ace Kaka has set his sights on revenge over Boca Juniors at the Club World Cup.

The Brazilian star paraded the Ballon d’Or award at the Rossoneri’s Champions League encounter against Celtic on Tuesday and is already eyeing more glory.

The European champions are likely to meet Argentine giants Boca Juniors in the Final of Japan’s Club World Cup on December 16 looking to avenge their defeat in 2003.

“I want to play Boca,” Kaka told Studio Sport. “Mostly because we lost to them four years ago and also because the tradition of this tournament is that a European side meets a South American one in the Final.

“Three years ago I never thought I’d be here again with the Ballon d’Or on the mantelpiece. Today I am really satisfied with everything that we have achieved.”

Milan have been accused of depending too heavily on Kaka, but the Brasilia native shrugged of the accusation.

“Did I bring Milan here? No, it was an equal exchange,” he maintained. “I did my best, but Milan isn’t just Kaka - it’s a team.

"We always play to win and I’m going to this competition looking to win it all.”
