Theres a classic myth straight away. Martin O'neill has done no better than David O'Leary did in his first couple of seasons at Villa, just cos he happens to have stumbled upon Agbonlahor, and Young has done ok this season doesnt mean he's some coaching genius. Villa are still a very average side, just as they were when he took over. And he has had money to spend- Petrov, Young, Reo Coker, Harewood(!).....

i dont know who will want the job at the moment. But i dont think there is an English manager who is good enough.
