Paul Simpson has told unsettled midfield duo Jason Jarrett and Adam Nowland that they are free to leave Preston. The pair have fallen out of favour under Preston manager Simpson and he has now made it clear they are heading for the Deepdale exit in a bid to raise funds for the January transfer window.
