Corradi thrilled with return Monday 17 September, 2007

Parma marksman Bernardo Corradi couldn’t hide his pride after celebrating his return to the peninsula with a goal on his debut.
The 31-year-old striker made his name at Lazio between 2002 and 2004 when he scored 23 goals in 69 games.
After a miserable spell at Valencia, the Tuscan star went to Parma on loan in 2005-06 and found the net 10 times before trying his hand in England with Manchester City.
However, life at Eastlands turned sour when fellow Italian Rolando Bianchi arrived and consigned Corradi to the bench.
Returning to the Stadio Tardini for a second loan spell, Corradi made an immediate impact with a goal against Cagliari which salvaged a point for the Gialloblu.
“I’m delighted that I scored and I will treasure that after what I went through last season,” he told Sky Sports Italia.
“I haven’t started a game for the last six months so I’m very happy with my performance even if I was a bit tired.
“Cagliari are a decent, well-organised side and it wasn’t easy for us to break through. Now we need to carry on like this and pick up as many points as possible.”

good luck to him in the future
