maradona must have 3-4 months without any medical problems so we can be sure he can do that and then he can become the coach.

I don't think its a good idea, and you really don't respect the coaching profession.
When you play a Brazil, Italy, France or Germany, it will get down to tactics and right substitutions. I don't think he is ready for that leap.
