They moved and had success, so learning from success rather than failure would be a more apropriate term. Besides Quaresma wouldn't even be moving directly between the clubs, and it's not as if he has any lve whatsoever for Barca.

I was talking as a barca fan. for us, going to real is stupid, especially if you're a former barca player. besides the barca fans, no one can see that, of course.
figo and the others may have succeeded more in real, but I'm sure figo was regretting the moment he heard real's name when that pig head was thrown at him
I'm not saying that it would happen to quaresma also, but I'm sure he's considering that.
