I disagree.
In the last five years or so, Italy has been producing top talent, that is very desirbable.
Look at all the strikers we are creating, and most of the players that are leaving are strikers.
Grosso being more of an anomaly.
Its going to be hard to find "homes" for all them, and that is my thinking as to why they are leaving.
It never used to be this way. I also feel that contrary to what many people think, that the talent in Italy has gone even more up.
Many clubs are adding decent players.
Miccoli coming back, Rossi came back, Lupoli came back if I'm not mistaken.
So I don't see this as a problem or bad.
Foreign federations are looking at Italy, and saying these guys are good, they develop excellent players.
In Italy the development is top notch, take a look at Martins..
yes, we have problems, but I don't feel this is a bad thing, but just part of being successful.
