Carlos Alberto’s Werder Move Confirmed

The transfer of Brazilian Carlos Alberto to Werder Bremen has been confirmed.


His previous club Fluminense has made the move public knowledge on their website.

The fee is reported as being between €7.5 and €8 million.

The 22 year old midfielder will undergo a medical tomorrow before being presented officially.

Carlos Alberto becomes Werder’s first major signing of the summer and will meet his new colleagues as they return from their training camp on the island of Norderney.
