Default Foxes complete Chambers deal

Leicester have made their seventh signing of the summer with the capture of Watford utility man James Chambers.

Chambers, 26, arrives at the Walkers Stadium with a wealth of experience behind him having made 12 Premiership appearances for the Hornets last term.

He joins fellow new recruits Bruno N'Gotty, Jimmy Nielsen, Carl Cort, Ricky Sappleton, Radostin Kishishev and Sergio Hellings at Leicester.

Foxes boss Martin Allen said: "James is a player who we have been after for a little while.

"Other clubs were involved so it is good that we have been able to get the deal done.

"He is strong minded, pacey and he is good in one-on-ones. He can play right-back, left-back or in the centre of midfield.

"Having met him a couple of times he is very down to earth. He's a decent sort of person and I like those type of people."

Good luck to him. But kinda of glad he's gone. Hated it when he played right wing as he didnt know what to do with it, didnt cross it in. Wasnt that great running with the ball. Watford have better options at right back Mariappa for his attacking ability and Doyley is a better defender. lol @ him being able to play centre mid though. His touch is too shit for him to play there.
