Simon Morris believes Leeds United's fans can play a key part in The Whites' revival.
Former Leeds director Morris, who has grand ideas for the fallen giants, launched a £10million bid to buy Leeds last week.
Morris is already looking ahead and has set up a fans' website, saveleeds.com - dedicated to saving Leeds United FC, in order to collate their ideas for the way forward.
"Leeds fans deserve a big say in the redevelopment of our club," said Morris.
"We are sure they will provide a rich seam of schemes and plans. We are very keen to hear from them."
