Bolton v Aston Villa (13.05.07)
Quote:
Bolton Wanderers have Uefa Cup qualification in their own hands when Aston Villa visit on Sunday.
The Trotters know a victory will ensure European football at The Reebok Stadium for the second time in the club's history.
However, Sammy Lee's side are without a win in five and lost their first game under the new manager at West Ham last time out.
Villa go into the final match of the season with the possibility of a top-ten finish in their first season under Martin O'Neill.
They will look to end the season on an unbeaten stretch dating back to the middle of March when Arsenal won at Villa Park.
Villa were 3-0 winners over Sheffield United last weekend and O'Neill is likely to stick with the same side that overcame The Blades.
Stilian Petrov (hamstring) and Shaun Maloney (ankle) both sat out the comfortable win and are struggling for Sunday.
Lee could have defenders Abdoulaye Faye and Tal Ben Haim back for his first home game in charge of Bolton.
Both players have stepped up their returns from injury this week following foot and knee problems respectively in recent weeks.
However, El Hadji Diouf and Nicky Hunt have both been ruled out of the season finale along with long-term absentee Joey O'Brien.
