Yeah, I'd like us to buy someone younger for RB too (in addition to keeping Cafu), though I don't see them getting much playing time. Milan could make this into a nice "transitional" RB year though; anyone new we buy could have an opportunity to learn from Cafu (and Oddo) while Cafu is still around.

Marcos Cafu always has a smile on his face and it looks brighter than ever after his contract extension
Marcos Cafu spoke with satisfaction on Milan Channel about his contract extension, which will keep him with Milan until June 30, 2008. Here is what he had to say:
‘It is always nice to know that a great club like Milan are counting on you. We quickly found an agreement for my contract extension without any problems. I am really, really happy to still be here and to stay with this team and these colours for another year.
‘I always hoped to extend and it happened. We evaluated all the possibilities at the start of the season, but then I was able to settle some personal problems. And then I found an extra push and new energy. Continuing for another year here is a tremendous pleasure. We are hoping that it is a good year and that there are less troubles than this year, at least than at the start of this season!
‘Every great team must have two strong players per part of the team. The arrival of Massimo Oddo was important for me and for the club. He is a great player that has done very well up until now. We switch off and that allows us to prepare well for each and every game.
‘You always have to be brave and never get down in difficult moments. We demonstrated this by conquering a place in the Champions League final and fourth place in the league. With everything that happened we have demonstrated that we are a great team.’
