Southampton striker Marek Saganowski is eager to stay at St Mary's, irrespective of whether they gain promotion this season.
The Polish hit-man has proved somewhat of a revelation since joining the South Coast club in a loan switch from Troyes, having scored seven goals in his last seven appearances for George Burley's promotion hopefuls.
At the weekend Saganowski stole the plaudits with a clinical display at Wolves, as he took the match ball home with him courtesy of a classy hat-trick.
Saganowski is loving life at the Championship club and has every intention of turning the temporary arrangement into something more permanent, if Burley is of the same mindset.
"I play seven times in the first team, I score seven goals," Saganowski told Supergoals.
"And if we play like we played today then we can get into the Premiership. If we don't get there I still want to stay.
"I like the city, I like life in England. Now George Burley has given me the chance and I have to thank him."
