Acting on information received from fans, FC Energie Cottbus is to pursue action against a spectator suspected of racial abuse.
Cottbus player Francis Kioyo was allegedly abused on repeated occasions during Saturday's home game against VfL Bochum.
Several players heard insults
Several of Kioyo's teammates also say they heard the insults. FC Energie says it will take legal steps against the suspect and issue a stadium ban. In a statement, the club said that racism has no place either in its stadium or in society as a whole and will not be tolerated.
FC Energie also thanked the fans who reported the incident for their exemplary public-spiritedness. Thanks to information received at the end of the game, the club will be able to respond to the matter swiftly and effectively.

Try this out. When she is about to say yes or no, pull back and say, "nah, I change my mind" and sort of walk away.
See what she does then. You will have basically turned the tables on her. Tried this a few times, always works.
