Bundesliga side Arminia Bielefeld have rewarded Markus Schuler with a contract extension. The defender put pen to paper for three more years.
Sporting director Reinhard Saftig declared the transfer talks with Schuler and his agent Karl Herzog "enjoyable".
The players did a 45-minute run on Thursday morning, while the goalkeeper were busy in a normal goalkeeping practise session.
Shooting and regeneration
In the afternoon, all players with minor problems (Rüdiger Kauf, Tobias Rau, Abdelaziz Ahanfouf and Nils Fischer) and all players over 30 were asked to do a regeneration run.
The other players practised shooting.
