Parma’s Australian international Marco Bresciano could join Palermo, while Livorno go shopping at the World Cup.


Bresciano, who is set to face Italy in the second round clash on Monday, has been in Serie A since 1999 with Empoli and moved to the Stadio Tardini in 2002.



The 26-year-old is of interest to new Rosanero boss Francesco Guidolin and there are strong reports that negotiations are going well for this switch.



Parma are still struggling with financial problems and need to sell their top stars this summer. Andrea Gasbarroni has arrived on loan as a replacement for

Juventus-bound Marco Marchionni, while Sampdoria striker Vitalii Kutuzov joined after Torino made their interest in Valencia-owned Bernardo Corradi known.



If Bresciano, who scored eight goals in 32 Serie A appearances this season, does leave then Parma look set to draft in Riccardo Montolivo from Fiorentina.
