Moggi and fellow directors, Antonio Giraudo and Roberto Bettega, won't have to go to the board for the funds, having raised the money through player sales and financial management over the last 12 months.

More cash is expected to be raised by the sales of Fabrizio Miccoli, Jonathan Zebina, Marcelo Zalayeta and Alessio Birindelli.
