I don't know about the money it took. I'm confused because I thought of the FIFA rule he could only sign in the US (sign a professional contract).

So I guess in some ways this doesn't surprise me because I was under the impression he had to sign a domestic pro contract. I have no clue how this FIFA rule works -- or even if it's enforced (or really a rule for that matter).
