Chelsea's dominance over other clubs in that league, are not because of just Roman.

United, Arsenal and Liverpool have piss poor teams at the moment. I'm sure if Chelsea was in Italy, they would have a tough battle on their hands. Likewise, if you substituted them with Inter or Milan or Juve, you would see the same thing.

If a billionaire wants to pump money into his club, I have no problem. I just think its foolish to have billion dollar clubs play with small timers. That's all.
