The main problem for me was the failure to use almost total possession to give the ball to SWP and cole, there were numerous occasions when they were available but we preferred to just retain possession by tapping the ball around in front of the Welsh defence rather than going for their throats.

Before it went pear shaped with baffling substitutions we looked untroubled by the Welsh who were worn out from chasing shadows by half time.

More of a killer instinct would surely have resulted in more goals and I think a little more thought in the finer points of using yesterdays formation would make it work.
