You must be joking, Sommeil has had a well better start to the season then Distin. Sommeil saved really good chances for Blackburn with last ditch challenges, he has had a good start. If you would of asked me at the beginning of the season who I felt was better, I would of said Distin, but Sommeil is solid and a great defender and at the moment, i'd rather have him then Distin.
Sun Jihai, he is very good going forward but he can defend very well at times too, he was our best player (after Barton probabley) against Blackburn through his defensive efforts... Tarnat hardly goes forward unless were throwing everything at the opposition, his a defensive player and always has been.
"Far better going forward" - wouldn't go that far...
