So Arnesen is confirmed as the the new technical director sports director.
He has done a good job for PSV,lets just see if he can handle the stricter transfer rules of the premiership.
I think he is a good appointment.Fluent in 5 languages,been at a club that has qualified for Champions League 10 years running,won 12 domestic hounors in that period.
Brought through Ronaldo,Van Nistelrooy,Stam,Zenden,Robben,Cocu and Gudjohnsen.
