Greens wants to go to Portugal
Norwich goalkeeper Robert Green hopes to put the seal on his season with a call-up to the England squad for this summer's European Championships.
The 24-year-old's form for the First Division champions earned him a place in the squad for last month's friendly with Sweden, but he did not feature.
"It is all ifs and buts at the moment," said the Canaries keeper.
"But should it come along, then it would be a wonderful bonus at the end of what has been a wonderful season."
England coach Sven-Goran Eriksson names his 23-man party next week.
Green was at Norwich's civic reception for the First Division champions on Monday, where over 50,000 people filled the city centre to celebrate the Canaries' return to the top flight after a nine-year absence.
"It just shows what it means to everyone here," said Green. "It is a great occasion for us all.
"It is going to be tough, but I think personally I can cope in the Premier League. And I think the team can too."
